We handle routine extractions in-house and act as your care coordinator for complex surgical needs.
The thought of having a tooth removed can be stressful. At Middletown Dental, our goal is to make the process as smooth, painless, and transparent as possible.
While our primary goal is always to save your natural teeth, there are times when an extraction is the best option for your overall health—whether due to severe decay, fracture, or crowding. Dr. Ehsani provides a balanced approach to oral surgery: we handle routine procedures in the comfort of our office, and we partner with elite specialists for everything else.
Routine Extractions: Comfort & Familiarity
For standard extractions, there is no need to visit an unfamiliar clinic. Dr. Ehsani performs these procedures right here in our boutique office.
Anxiety-Free Environment: You will be surrounded by the same friendly team (Dr. Ehsani, his assistant, and the front desk) you already know and trust.
Local Anesthesia: We use advanced numbing techniques to ensure you feel pressure, not pain.
Post-Op Excellence: Because we are a small practice, we personally follow up with you after the procedure to ensure you are healing correctly.
Our Specialist Partner Network
Some situations—such as impacted wisdom teeth or complex bone grafting—require a specialist’s touch. Unlike some general dentists who try to "do it all," Dr. Ehsani believes you deserve the best hands for the job.
We act as your Care Coordinator. If you require advanced surgery:
We Vetted Them: We refer exclusively to local oral surgeons we have personally vetted for their skill and bedside manner.
We Handle the Details: We transfer your X-rays and records for you, so you don't have to explain your history all over again.
We Don't Abandon You: Dr. Ehsani remains your primary dentist. After the specialist finishes their work, you return to us for the final restoration or follow-up care.
Not sure if you need a specialist? Don't guess with your health. Contact us for a consultation, and we will guide you to the right treatment path—whether it’s in our chair or with one of our trusted partners.
